Presentation Application:
The success of Nexus NEACUHO not only relies on the attendance of interns and supervisors, but also on the presentation of quality programs.  Presenting is a great opportunity and anyone attending is welcome to submit an application.  Just follow the directions below to have your program proposal submitted for Nexus NEACUHO 2005!

1)  Download the Presentation Application (.doc). - you will need Microsoft Word to view this version.

2)  Fill out the Presentation Application appropriately, detailing the information and needs of your program.  Save the document to your computer.

3)  E-mail your completed Presentation Application(s) as attachments, by June 13, 2005, to: "joseph50613@gmail.com".  You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your Presentation Application has been received. We will then notify you by Wednesday, June 15 to let you know if your presentation has been accepted.
